How well do your clothes fit? Snug, average, or loose?

The way your clothes hug your body has a big effect in how you’re PERCEIVED.

In this video, we discuss:

• How loose or tight you should normally wear clothes
• The “fitting problem” with store-bought clothes
• A brief history of clothing sizes: pre-industrial age and post-industrial age
• 5 steps to ensure your store-bought clothes fit you as WELL as possible
• 3 tips on having clothes tailored (or even tailor-made) to fit you PERFECTLY

HOMEWORK: take a look in the mirror. How well do your clothes fit around the wrists, shoulders, chest, waist, and ankles? How’s your mobility? This week, head to your favorite clothing store and try on different sized clothing. How do they fit? How do they look? How’s your mobility? Look for good mobility + good fit.
